Get the Look: Malibu Beach Bride
Getting the perfect beach wedding look first starts with choosing a dress that is fitting for the occasion. Jenny’s choice for this look: The 1404. “You want a dress that is easy and effortless, yet has the intricate details that still make it special.” The high-low ruffle train skirt allows the bride freedom and movement needed when walking on difficult terrain like sand. The plunging meshed bodice with chantilly lacing gives the perfect amount of sexy, playfulness, and elegance expected from a beach wedding dress. And if the beach winds start blowing away, this dress just gets better.
To compliment the movement of the dress, Jenny teamed up Sunny An (make-up artist to the celebrities) to get this beach perfect look. “French-braiding the hair to the back of the ear keeps it from becoming a distraction or getting in the way of seeing the bride’s gorgeous face. From the back we let the hair flow down in beachy waves so it blows beautifully in the wind.” We completed the look with Jenny Lee’s pearl-casted headpiece. With a simple down-do, adding a statement accessory piece give the hair a focal-point, highlighting the gorgeous details. With this look, any man will be saying “I do”.
